We had quite the crazy situation happen! A contracting company was running a new strand of cable across the main road to our side street, and they left it hanging dangerously low. As a car drove by, the wire got caught in its tires and ricocheted — pulling off part of our roof and even sending our basketball hoop flying into the air, completely shattering it!

They handled everything directly with our insurance company and completed the claim on our behalf, which took such a huge weight off our shoulders. Their communication and professionalism were top-notch throughout the entire process.
They removed and replaced damaged 2x4s, installed new plywood, ice & water shield, drip edge, and perfectly matched shingles. On the front, they replaced torn and ridge shingles so everything blended beautifully. The attention to detail and quality of their workmanship really shows — our roof looks better than ever.
